Hibs have provided a response to the government's decision to implement a vaccination passport for football matches.
Supporters have been told they must provide proof that they have been double jabbed to attend games with a capacity over 10,000,
The ruling has been met with a mixed response by clubs around the country and their fans ahead of the Hearts clash at Tynecastle this weekend.
But Hibs clarified their position and acknowledged the government plan.
They also asked supporters to refrain from calling their ticket office with questions surrounding the issue.
And they revealed they will do what they can to help those punters who have not yet been jabbed.
"Hibernian Football Club acknowledges the Scottish Government's plans for a mandatory domestic Covid passport from October 1," their statement read.
"Under the scheme, our fans will be required to show they have been fully vaccinated at any game with a capacity of over 10,000.
"We appreciate our fans will have questions and concerns given the current plans will impact their entry to Easter Road from next month.
"We are working closely with the City of Edinburgh Council and SPFL to provide further guidance and will update fans in due course.
"In the meantime, please refrain from calling or emailing our ticket office with your questions. Once a clear plan has been formulated, we will provide instruction on what this means for our fans.
"The decision to implement a Covid vaccine passport was not taken by us, but we must follow government guidance in order to keep our fans safe.
"We know some of our fans, including season-ticket holders, either haven't been vaccinated or have valid questions about the Covid passport scheme and want to know what it means for them on a matchday.
"For those fans wishing to get vaccinated, we will also explore options to help supporters get their jabs with ease. This season, the club has worked closely with NHS Lothian to provide pop-up vaccination clinics at Easter Road on select matchdays.
"We thank fans for their patience as we consult all the appropriate parties before providing a more detailed response that will help keep everyone at Easter Road safe."
