Hibs defender included in Scotland under-21s team: Here's how to watch Croatia clash this afternoon

Hibs defender Ryan Porteous has been included in the Scotland under-21 team for this afternoon's crucial European Championships qualifier against Croatia.

The teams will go head-to-head at Tynecastle from 3pm. Scot Gemmill's side know that they can qualify for next year's tournament with victory this afternoon and next week against Greece. It would be the first time the under-21s team has qualified for the Euros since 1996.

Porteous will play in the centre of defence, while Motherwell star Allan Campbell and Aberdeen Duo Ross McCrorie and Lewis Ferguson also feature.

The Scotland U21 starting lineup is as follows: Doohan, Reading, Harvie, Porteous, Johnston, Campbell, Patterson, Hornby, Maguire, Ferguson, McCrorie.

Subs: Robby McCrorie, Fiorini, Gilmour, Middleton, Turnbull, McIntyre, Welsh, McLennan, Mayo.

The match kicks-off at Tynecastle Park at 3pm, and you can watch all the action live on YouTube.
