Hibs and Kilmarnock both have absentees for Easter Road clash

Hibs have a few faces missing for tonight’s Ladbrokes Premiership clash at home to Kilmarnock.

Paul Heckingbottom’s team can move three points behind their opponents with a win at Easter Road .

Midfielder Ryan Gauld, however, will not be involved as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury, as do Darnell Johnson (ankle), Steven Whittaker (groin) and Thomas Agyepong (thigh).

Adam Bogdan (concussion) is still missing, alongside long-term absentees Martin Boyle and Ryan Porteous (both knee).

Provisional Hibs squad: Marciano, Gray, Stevenson, Hanlon, Milligan, Bartley, Horgan, Mallan, Omeonga, Slivka, Kamberi, McNulty, Shaw, Mackie, Allan, Nelom, Murray, Bigirimana, Spector, Dabrowski.

The visitors will be without striker Eamonn Brophy for the midweek fixture.

Midfielder Alan Power is a doubt with a foot problem.

Winger Jordan Jones had a shoulder complaint but boss Steve Clarke is hoping he will be fit.

Provisional Kilmarnock squad: Bachmann, O'Donnell, Power, Findlay, Bruce, Broadfoot, Dicker, Tshibola, Mulumbu, Power, Burke, Jones, Ndjoli, Waters, Millar, McAleny, K Boyd, McKenzie, Millen, MacDonald.
