Accies pulled a goal back through Markus Fjortoft, but couldn’t get themselves back on level terms.
Fellow new signings Alex Gogic and Drey Wright were also given a run out while long-serving defender Darren McGregor skippered Hibs.
This latest pre-season result comes on the back of draws with St Mirren and St Johnstone.
Hibs play Aberdeen this Saturday before the detailed preparation begins for their Scottish Premiership season opener at home Kilmarnock a week on Saturday.
