Hibernian boss Paul Heckingbottom brands Kilmarnock defender Alex Bruce 'f*****g diver'

Hibernian's boss Paul Heckingbottom has branded Alex Bruce as a 'f*****g diver' in the middle of a post-match press interview.

The Easter Road gaffer was referring to an incident in the first-half in which Alex Bruce won a penalty after being bundled over by David Gray.

Eamon Brophy converted the spot-kick, but Heckingbottom made his displeasure in the decision clear as he walked past Bruce - who was being interviewed by media.

Bruce was unhappy with Heckingbottom who is a former team-mate of his at Sheffield Wednesday.

The Killie defender chased after the Hibs boss to clarify whether he was joking or not, but Heckingbottom revealed he was serious.

Killie ran out victorious in the match with a 1-0 win thanks to the penalty, and in the process left themselves with just one win needed to qualify for Europe.
