Occasionally, we here at For The Win like to ask how Tim Tebow is doing at baseball.
Now that he’s in Triple-A with the Syracuse Mets and has played 11 games, it’s time to ask it again: Hey, how’s Tim Tebow doing at baseball lately?
The answer is: Meh.
That doesn’t take away from the fact that he made it this far and it’s an inspiration. But his numbers don’t exactly scream YOU GOTTA CALL UP TIM TEBOW TOMORROW.
In 11 games, he’s driven in five runs. Not bad! He’s also struck out 15 times and is batting .162 with a .441 OPS and no home runs. Not good!
