"The world's No 2 computer maker reported sales of $19.5 billion in the quarter ended Jan 31, up from $17.9 billion a year earlier. Profit rose to $936 million ... from $721 million ... a year earlier, reports the Mercury News.
"PC revenue was up 20% to $6.2 billion, with unit sales up 23% over last year. Its notebook business grew by 52%. Operating profit increased by $29 million to $62 million."
