Heroic off-duty hospital crew save person's life after they suffered a heart attack on a Dublin street

Heroic off-duty medical crew were quickly called into action and saved a person’s life after the victim suffered a heart attack on a street in Dublin city.

Quick-thinking medical ambulance crew and staff from St. James’s Hospital witnessed the person having a cardiac arrest near Heuston Station and sprung to their aid immediately beginning resuscitation.

The brave team’s fast and effective CPR skills were enough to help the person fighting for their life on the cold street ground until they were transferred to the hospital, Dublin Live reports.

A spokesman for Dublin Fire Brigade said: “Great bystander intervention near Heuston Station yesterday. CPR works, learn a life saving skill.”
