A lorry driver may very well have saved the life of a young man who was sitting over the edge a bridge on the M62 today.
A distressing image showed a man had climbed over the railing of the M62 bridge and sat on the end, looking down towards the motorway.
When a lorry driver saw it, they moved into the hard shoulder and parked up, leaving the truck directly underneath the man on the edge of the bridge.
The image has been shared by dozens with heaps of praise being posted for the driver of the heavy goods vehicle.
