This is the heartwarming moment a hero truck driver stopped underneath a motorway bridge to save a girl who was 'going to jump'.
The youngster was spotted dangling above the N7 trunk road near Dublin - and motorists feared she was going to fall over the edge.
The trucker, whose identity is unknown, parked underneath the bridge in a desperate bid to stop her from jumping.
Keith Dunne, who photographed the amazing scene, told the Irish Mirror : "She was going to jump today but an artic lorry stopped under her.
"Not all heroes wear capes, it's not a nice time of year to feel like you have to end your life, talk to someone, anybody please."
The driver was praised by the public for his quick-thinking gesture.
One person said: "What a fast thinking and very courageous lorry driver. Well done mate.
