A relieved family have sent a letter of heartfelt thanks to a "hero" police officer who saved the life of an unresponsive baby.
PC Sarah Wilson and her colleagues were luckily passing after baby Cameron suffered a blockage in his airway in Hull on Saturday.
The officer managed to save the youngster from choking by giving first aid along with her crewmates.
Cameron subsequently came round and his overjoyed family wrote a sweet letter to PC Wilson expressing their gratitude, Hull Live reports.
The family also sent chocolates and flowers as sweet gestures of thanks.
It read: “There are heroes who walk among us never looking for glory or praise. They don’t seek recognition for their thoughtful, caring ways.

“Living lives, saving lives, of deep commitment providing for those they hold dear. Steadfast with a quiet strength through times of laughter and tears.
“You are a person like that to me. The most selfless person by far. So PC Wilson, I’d like to thank you for being the hero that you are and bringing Cameron back to us.
“Thank you so much, Cameron’s family.”
The force posted images of the note with flowers and chocolates on the Humberside Police – Hull Facebook page.
The post said: “Officers were reunited with a baby & his family today after he became unresponsive due to a blockage in his airway.
“Officers were passing at the time and were able to administer first aid to bring the baby back around quickly. We really appreciate the unexpected gifts.”
