While Australia might’ve missed out on a spot on Sabrina Carpenter‘s Short n’ Sweet Tour, fans reckon this Easter Egg could be a hint towards a potential gig Down Under.
Following the buzz of her heart-wrenching yet head-bopping album Short n’ Sweet, Carpenter has recently unveiled her next music project, Man’s Best Friend.
And with her new album, another world tour could be on the cards. Although we’ve yet to hear any tour tea surrounding the “Espresso” singer, Brenton Larney, the mastermind behind The Breaking Through Podcast, has clocked a major clue that could hint at an Aussie Tour.
In a TikTok (@breakingthroughpoddy) that his since copped more than 192.9K views at the time of writing, Larney pointed out that posters for Man’s Best Friend have been spotted in Sydney.
“Sabrina Carpenter’s Man’s Best Friend posters are popping up in Australia,” Larney began before confirming that the poster has only been spotted in Sydney so far.
“This is in Sydney. I don’t know if there’s any other in Melbourne, in Brisbane or whatever, but I don’t think you put this up for no reason. We’ve been getting Easter Eggs for Sabrina Carpenter Australia dates for the last little bit.”
The podcast host went on to reference an Easter Egg in which an Australian number plate was spotted at a Sabrina Carpenter pop-up in London.
Larney went on to predict that dates could drop in the next coming weeks or at least the next month.
(That being said, I’m coming back from Annual Leave during that time… Please, please, please be nice on the wallet.)
While many punters are looking at Larney’s post as a beacon of hope for a Sabrina Carpenter tour, one person warned others not to get their hopes up, as there were Short n’ Sweet posters in Australia last year. However, we were left out of that lineup of dates.
“We had Short n’ Sweet posters in Australia last year. too, so don’t get your hopes up,” the viewer wrote.
As someone who believed in all the majestic stuff like the law of attraction and manifestation, I am speaking the Sabrina Carpenter Australia Tour into existence. I desperately need to sob to “Don’t Smile” in real life, even if it’s in the nosebleeds or outside the venue.
