Everyone loves a McDonald's from time to time. And now vegans can enjoy the delights of a Big Mac burger - minus the meat of course!
The much-loved fast food franchise will introduce the McPlant burger in 250 different locations this week, including ones in Glasgow.
You can get your hands on the meat-free offering at the McDonald's restaurants in Great Western Retail Park, Kirkintilloch, London Road and Silverburn from Wednesday, October 13th.

The new addition to the menu boasts a Beyond Meat patty and vegan cheese topping with gherkins, tomato, lettuce, ketchup and a vegan burger sauce in a classic sesame seed bun.
Prices will vary between restaurants but will be either £3.49 or £4.89 as part of a meal with chips and a drink, in line with other McDonald's products.
