NOC stock plummeted 12.7% following the release of its Q1 2025 earnings on Apr. 22. The aerospace and defense company announced a revenue of $9.5 billion, falling short of the consensus, mainly caused by weak performance in its Space Systems segment and the Aeronautics Systems segment. Moreover, its adjusted EPS came in at $6.06, falling short of the consensus estimate by 2.4%. Looking ahead, the company expects its full-year earnings guidance to be between $24.95 per share and $25.35 per share.

Wall Street analysts are moderately optimistic about NOC’s stock, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 20 analysts covering the stock, 11 recommend "Strong Buy," one suggests “Moderate Buy,” and eight advise “Hold.” NOC’s average analyst price target of $542.71 indicates a potential upside of 7.8% from the current levels.
