It’s been a long time since Kyrie Irving appeared on an NBA basketball court. Precisely 206 days. We last saw Irving on June 13, 2021, when an ankle injury during Game 4 of the ECSF put an end to his season. Of course, almost half of a new season has come and gone in that time, and still no Kyrie.
That all changes today. The seven-time NBA All-Star is set to make his long-awaited season debut tonight when he and the Nets take on the Pacers in Indiana. It’s hard to know what to expect from someone who missed over half a year without NBA basketball, but that won’t stop us from trying.
