The Victorian Department of Health has updated its list of potential COVID-19 exposure sites after four family members tested positive in Melbourne’s northern suburbs on Monday.
The list is pretty big, but thankfully it’s been divided into a tier system based on how likely it was people have been exposed to the virus. Regardless, anyone who’s been to the following 10 shops, restaurants and other venues must at the very least get tested and isolate immediately.
“Victorians have sacrificed more than anyone else and we’ve learnt a lot about the distribution of the virus,” Health Minister Martin Foley told reporters on Monday.
“What we want to do is get the best possible epidemiological picture of where the cases are, where the contacts are and then work [it] out from there.
“We’re not ruling further measures in or out and as further information comes to hand the evidence will determine our response.”
