Here are the latest people brought to justice for drink-driving

One drink driver was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

Steven Jacques, 46, of Crawford Rise, Arnold, was driving a BMW in Middlebeck Road, Arnold, when he had 139 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on September 8.

He was disqualified from driving for five years. His sentence includes taking part in an accredited programme and a requirement to pay £122 towards victim services and costs of £85.

Jacques also pleaded guilty to disqualified driving, using the BMW without insurance and having a Stanley knife.

A woman was fined £120, banned from driving for 17 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £32 towards victim services.

Bethan Mayfield, 21, of Derby Road, Stapleford, pleaded guilty to drink-driving.

A man was caught after he drove over the drink drive limit in North Road, The Park.

Philip Pendleton, 68, of North Road, tested 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on September 10.

After pleading guilty, he was fined £323, banned from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

A driver was fined £270 after he drove over the alcohol limit.

Abu Zakria, 23, of Fountain Dale Court, St Ann's, was in London Road, Nottingham, when he had 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on September 1.

He was banned from driving for 14 months, ordered to pay £32 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A Volvo driver pleaded guilty to being over the alcohol limit to drive.

James Oleary, 28, of Lavender Way, Newark, had been on the A617 Great North Road, Newark, when he had 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.

He was fined £815, banned from driving for 17 months, ordered to pay £81 towards victim services and costs of £300.
