Henry 'Nacho' Laun dead: Wahlburgers star dies after being found unconscious in his car

Henry "Nacho" Laun, who is best known for being the extreme eating star of the show Wahlburgers, has died.

TMZ has reported that Henry, who was one of Mark Wahlberg's original entourage members, passed away on Tuesday at a Massachusetts hospital at the age of 54.

He had suffered a medical emergency a couple weeks ago.

The reality TV star was found unconscious in his vehicle at a petrol station in mid-May. He had been on a road trip from Boston to Cape Cod, according to the publication.

A customer noticed he was passed out and called 911 for help.

Sources told the outlet that it's still unclear what caused his medical emergency, but his condition failed to improve after he was transported to the hospital.

He was unresponsive and placed on life support as he couldn't breathe on his own.

The site continued to report that the star also had pre-existing health issues that were making his situation even worse.

He became a fans' favourite on Wahlburgers as he took on extreme eating challenges on the show about about the goings on at a burger joint.

The show took a behind-the-scenes look at the Wahlberg family as they went about their working life at the hamburger restaurant run executive chef brother Paul.

Mark and his singer brother Donnie were often seen visiting the restaurant to hang out with their family members and old friends from their neighbourhood, including Nacho.

Others included Billy Leonard and Johnny Alves - the man who inspired the Entourage character called Johnny 'Drama'.

Throughout the show, Nacho stuck to his mantra "Cash is King" and would eat anything for the right price.

He notably devoured whole lobsters in the shell, golf divots, sour milk, and pint-sized bottles of hot sauce much to fans' amazement.

TMZ added that his friends were reportedly setting up a GoFundMe page to help pay for Nacho's funeral.
