Anderlecht and Belgium keeper Hendrik van Crombrugge has revealed he'd love to sign for his top club Celtic.
The Hoops have major problems in their goalkeeping department after under-fire Greek keeper Vasilis Barkas was slaughtered following Celtic's 1-1 Champions League draw with Midtjylland when he conceded another poor goal.
New manager Ange Postecoglou has defended Barkas, but it seems certain the Parkhead side will have to strengthen soon.
And Anderlecht keeper and captain van Crombrugge has put himself forward as an unlikely saviour after returning from a back injury that required an operation that kept him out for eight months.
He was capped by Roberto Martinez for his country before the injury and had been previously linked to a string of big clubs across Europe.
But the 28-year-old has made it clear there is only one club he would consider leaving the Brussels club for and it's in Glasgow.
He said: "What I like in clubs is tradition. That's why I love Glasgow Celtic.
"If someone tells me one day that I can go and play for them I'll be off immediately asking 'where do I sign?'!
"Mind you my manager, Vincent Kompany, would laugh reading this. He would tell me it wouldn't suit my style because it would be too kick and rush there!"
However, both van Crombrugge and Celtic are likely to be disappointed as he's just signed a new four year deal at Anderlecht.
He said: "This has actually been the first summer in a long time i've not had to deal with transfer speculation.
"There was interest previously from many clubs, but that diminished because of my injury, so there's no point thinking about a transfer just now.
"The important thing for me is to feel good and respected at a club and that is certainly the case at Anderlecht.
"My contract extension until 2025 is the best proof of mutual respect."
