Help find the community fire unit stolen from a Fern Bay estate

AN IMPORTANT piece of Rural Fire Service equipment has been stolen from a site at Fern Bay.

On the weekend Salt Ash Rural Fire Brigade was advised the Community Fire Unit located in the Seaside Estate had been stolen.

The trailer is white and clearly marked as a community RFS trailer, designed to protect houses in the event of a bushfire.

Police have been informed and are investigating. If anyone has any information relating to the theft, including CCTV footage, please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
