A police helicopter hovered overhead as police raided a home.
Merseyside Police set up a cordon on Farnworth Street, Kensington, at the junction of Boaler Street on Friday afternoon (January 20). at least half a dozen police cars were inside the cordon, with officers guarding either end.
Video from the scene also shows a police helicopter hovering over the area while police were at the scene.

A spokesperson from the force has now confirmed officers were carrying out a warrant in the area at the time the video was taken. Police remained at the scene until 7pm.
The force were unable to confirm if anybody had been arrested at this time but said there was "no threat to the wider public".
The cordon was lifted at 7pm with one police car remaining on the road.
