Strictly's Helen Skelton might upset the show's bosses after her recent admission.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, is set to appear on the hit BBC dancing competition, revealing she only signed up last minute. But in quotes that have now came to light, it seems as though she might have preferred the opportunity to appear on rival channel ITV and their selection of reality shows.
Quotes from prior to the blonde beauty signing up for Strictly have now came to light, with The Sun reporting her as saying: "I like to do anything that challenges me. I’d love Dancing On Ice. Where else can you learn to be an ice dancer?"
She is also said to have declared her interest in I'm A Celebrity, too. She added: "I don’t have a career plan and never have. I try not to worry about the future. I just say yes to things that put food on my table and a smile on my face."

And that's exactly what she did in accepting the Strictly offer. Helen revealed that her decision to appear on the show came close to the end of the revelations, but she said it would have been "madness" to turn it down.
Her up-coming appearance comes in the wake of her split with husband and Leeds Rhinos rugby player Richie Myler, 32. The pair's break-up came in April, bringing an end to their eight-year marriage.
She recently delighted fans of the show by sharing a series of behind-the-scenes snaps from the upcoming series. She is set to compete with stars including Kym Marsh, Will Mellor and Fleur East for the Glitterball trophy.

And Helen, whose secret Corrie stint was recently revealed, gathered with the stars and smiled as this year's contestants and professional dancers posed for selfies. In the first snap, Helen was seen grinning as she held a slice of pizza and put her arm around comedian Ellie Taylor, who is also competing on the dance floor.
In another, a number of the show's stars, including James Bye, Ellie Simmons and Kaye Adams, posed on the iconic Strictly steps before hitting to the floor to rehearse their moves.
