Mad About You actress Helen Hunt is recovering after getting into a car accident on Wednesday afternoon.
People reports that she was briefly hospitalized after the accident, which took place in Los Angeles, California.
Hunt, 56, was among numerous people who were transported to a hospital following the incident.
TMZ released footage showing Hunt’s black SUV trying to drive through an intersection. The car is then hit by another vehicle and her SUV rolls over from the impact. At the time, Hunt was a passenger and was sitting in the back seat of the car.
The actress was released from hospital late Wednesday night.
Hunt starred in Mad About You from 1992 to 1999. She also appeared in As Good As It Gets, Twister and What Women Want. Her most recent appearance was in the BBC One miniseries World on Fire.
She is set to appear in a Mad About You reboot, which is getting a limited run. She announced the news a week ago on Instagram alongside her co-star, Paul Reiser.
