Helen Flanagan says her family is complete, after welcoming her third child into the world earlier this year.
The former Coronation Street actress admits that extreme morning sickness played a part in her decision to stop at three children.
Helen, 31, also adds that it would be "too hard" on her kids to see her go through another tough pregnancy, as her last one left her bed bound and unable to cook for the family.
The TV personality and Preston North End player Scott Sinclair share daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three - as well as son Charlie, nine-months-old.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the pair revealed that the arrival of their little boy in March 2021 "completed" their family.

Explaining their decision not to add to their brood, Helen confessed that she was looking forward to enjoying time together as a couple and focusing on work now she plans to not fall pregnant again.
After the actress stated the pair are "done at three" children - with Scott adding "No more kids!" - Helen admitted the option of not having a fourth child had almost been made for her.
Throughout pregnancies, the star suffered badly with hyperemesis, an extreme form of morning sickness, which at one point left her bed bound.

"I think a lot of women are very broody and we always feel like we could have more, but because I was so unwell in my pregnancies the idea of having another has almost been taken out of my hands," she admitted to OK!
"I don’t think I could go through that again. It was so difficult with the other children and Scott and my mum had to do everything as I was bed bound for four months.
"The worst bit was the mum guilt because I couldn’t do normal things with the kids."
Recalling Helen's illness, Scott admitted it was "horrible" seeing his fiancée suffer while he was juggling childcare and looking after their two daughters.
The mum-of-three dubbed the footballer a "lifesaver" for doing all the cooking as she was left bed bound.
"As soon as I gave birth to Charlie it was like, 'I can clean my kitchen without being sick!' It actually made me feel very isolated and low," Helen explained when reflecting on her last pregnancy.

"Even lights made me feel sick, so all I could do was lie down. I could hear the kids asking, 'Where’s Mummy?' and that was so hard.
"I decided it would be too hard on the children to go through that again," she added.
Now their family is complete, Helen and Scott are now looking forward to renovating their home and tying the knot.
The couple - who got engaged in 2018 - revealed in their latest interview they will be spending 2022 planning their wedding and celebrating youngest Charlie's first birthday, in what will be a "busy and exciting" year.
