Helen Flanagan's fiancé Scott Sinclair breaks social media silence after 'split'

Helen Flanagan's fiancé Scott Sinclair has broken his social media silence following claims he and the former Coronation Street actress have split.

The 33-year-old Bristol Rovers player and Helen, 32, have remained tight lipped as rumours that their 13 year relationship was over swirled.

But, now Scott has taken to social media and posted for the first time following the claims.

The dad-of-three shared a snap of himself smiling alongside his children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and one-year-old Charlie.

Scott and his three kids are sat inside a soft play climbing frame, which has a ball pit in the background.

Scott's one-year-old son Charlie is sitting on his lap while his eldest daughter Matilda is sat next to him and is grinning while holding her hand up in a roaring gesture.

Delilah is sitting beside her big sister and is looking away from the lens.

As Scott shared the image on his Instagram page he simply captioned it with three heart emojis.

In the comments, fans shared their well wishes and hopes for Helen and Scott to reconcile amid the break-up rumours.

One said: "Hope you guys work things out. Gorgeous family" another added: "Would love you both to be able tp sort things out. So sad". [sic]

It comes following claims Scott and I'm A Celebrity... star Helen have broken up after 13 years together.

An insider claimed last week they "hit a rough patch in the summer" and Helen has already told her close friends and family that she is "no longer with Scott".

She was also spotted not wearing her engagement ring at this year's National Television Awards.

"Helen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott," they said.

They hit a rough patch in the summer and after Helen came back from South Africa it ended for good," they added to The Sun.

"Helen and Scott have committed to co-parenting their kids as a family unit."

Helen has continued to post and make public appearances since the split claims – as she walked the red carpet of the Pride of Britain Awards solo and without her engagement ring.

Now, another source has claimed Helen's engagement ring snapped earlier this year, which she took as a tell-tale sign.

The inside said Helen saw it as a "bad omen" and one "that meant they shouldn't get married".

Weeks before the split rumours surfaced, Helen revealed to the Mirror that she and Scott had finally set a date for their nuptials.

Speaking in September, six years after Scott got down on one knee, Helen said: "I have set a date. I'm so picky. I finally found my wedding venue. I don't want to give it away, but basically everybody wants this venue.

"I think what it is as well as me and Scott have been together for so long. We've been together for 13 years now. I've been with Scott since I've was 19, I'm 32 now, so I think we are probably a little bit laid back because it does feel like a marriage anyway."
