Helen has previously been applauded for openly sharing her breastfeeding journeys with her children Charlie, Delilah, two and Matilda, six.
She was told by a midwife who commented on one of her posts with Charlie: "You are an inspiration, as a midwife myself it’s amazing to watch you promote breastfeeding so openly, especially when you have other young children to care for too.
"You show women that it can be done and you honestly make it look easy! What a lovely role model you."
Helen, who is engaged to Preston footballer Scott Sinclair, has previously said that her third baby would be her last after suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness that causes severe nausea and vomiting, which she's had during all her pregnancies.
