"Something very weird about that hand … can’t see red nail but definitely another hand," another commented.

But others explained why this might have happened.

"Think she was mid way patting his back bless him. Cute photo," said one.

"I think she's been patting his back as the photo was taken so it's just the motion of here hand caught making it look like there's a second hand," another explained.

"Wow look at you," complimented one fan.

"You look amazing," said another.

"Gorgeous," another commented.

Helen turned 31 on Saturday, sharing an adorable photo of herself with her two daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three and Charlie who was born in March.

The following day she headed out for lunch and shared a photo of herself in a summery multi-coloured dress as she breastfed her son.

"Who else really drags out their birthday celebrations? Hope you will always come for lunch with mummy baby boy," she wrote.

The Bury soap star said she was 'so in love' as she took her son home from the Royal Bolton Hospital.

Helen, who plays Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, said giving birth to Charlie was one of her 'proudest moments.'

She welcomed her boy at the hospital where she was born.

He arrived on her fiance Scott Sinclair's 32nd birthday.

Helen, who has played Rosie in Corrie since 2000, said her third pregnancy would be her last after suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness that causes severe nausea and vomiting, which she's had during all her pregnancies.

But she has since revealed that she's keen to have baby four.

She told OK! magazine: "I wouldn’t rule out another. I’ve always said in my head I wanted four."
