Heinz Christmas Dinner Big Soup, which sold out in just three hours at the beginning of last month, has been snapped up again just minutes after going back on sale.
The emergency restock by the brand was released at noon but has completely sold out again.
Just 500 lucky customers were able to obtain a can in the first drop of the limited-edition Big Soup – which comes complete with big chunks of turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing and potatoes.
But owing to unprecedented demand, a second drop of the Christmas Dinner Big Soup landed on www.heinztohome.co.uk at midday.
This time around, Heinz produced even more cans, which were available for just £1.50 plus package and posting, with all the proceeds donated to charity The Soup Kitchen on Tottenham Court Road, London.
Anke von Hanstein, brand manager, Heinz Soup, said: “It’s been absolutely amazing to see the nation’s response to our Heinz Christmas Dinner Big Soup. To have sold out in three hours was beyond our wildest expectations.
"Here at Heinz, we’re keen to make sure that as many people as possible enjoy a Christmas dinner, regardless of what form that may come in.

Heinz Christmas Dinner Big Soup was being sold for just £1.50 at heinztohome.co.uk. Due to extremely high demand, orders were limited to one per person. It is not known if any more will be released for sale before Christmas.
