The Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum has finally unveiled this year's epic costume.
The German supermodel uploaded a series of clips showing her climbing into a prosthetic bodysuit with her intestines falling out as she finally showcased her 2019 Halloween look.
This year the catwalk queen, 45, kept fans guessing about her costume until the last minute but has finally debuted a zombie-inspired costume.
On Thursday evening, Klum - who hosts a Halloween party every year - started to share teaser videos showing her getting ready.
An army of make-up artists were tending to the star ahead of her big transformation.
In one clip, Heidi can be heard saying: "I look like a chicken."
Another snap shows a team working on prosthetics for her head and torso.
One particularly gruesome snap showed the star sloppily tucking into a huge bowl of pasta while her insides continue to spill out of the costume. While another clip showed a bizarre green face with closed eyes.
The German beauty managed to stay completely still during the process and we're sure - with this much effort - the finished result will be worth it.
The model's 2019 Halloween costume is similar to when she previously dressed up as a human body without any skin.
Fans instantly rushed to the comment section of Heidi's Instagram to speculate about the star's costume and the end result.
One fan wrote: "It's Sil from Species!!!"
While another guessed: "I’m getting strong Robocop vibes from this."
A third commented: "I think she’s the Granny in IT chapter 2 and her husband will be Pennywise."
The supermodel is known for her spooky costumes and on previous Halloweens has donned prosthetics and make-up to play Jessica Rabbit, an elderly woman and last year was the werewolf from Michael Jackson's Thriller video.
The America’s Got Talent host kicked it all off in 2000 when she dressed up as a gothic Heidi.
2010 was another eye-popping evening when she turned up to her bash as a superhero dressed in an elaborate red and purple plastic costume. which required her to balance on stilts.
In 2013, to poke fun at herself turning 40, she transformed into a wrinkly grandmother.
However, Heidi's Halloween outfit choices haven't always gone down well.
In 2008 she came in for criticism after dressing up as a Hindu goddess.
