She's known the iconic photographer so long she calls him "Uncle Rankin".
So there was only one option when it came to shooting Leni Klum for Hunger magazine.
For her third professional shoot, the 16-year-old was shot in black and white by the famed photographer Rankin, who first captured her in mother Heidi Klum's arms as a toddler.
The supermodel's oldest child is just dipping her toe into the modelling world, following her debut on the cover of Vogue Germany last month.
Sharing the images to her Instagram, Leni wrote: "HUNGER by UNCLE RANKIN."
The magazine promised: "Leni Vogue is a name you’d better get used to hearing.
"While the sixteen-year-old only introduced herself to the world last December (with a Vogue Germany cover, no less) her fashion pedigree is unparalleled.
"Daughter to powerhouse supermodel and Germany’s Next Top Model host Heidi Klum, Leni Klum has inherited her mother’s camera presence and poise - as we discovered when she swung by the Rankin studio for her third official shoot."
Despite her new presence on the fashion scene, Leni already has a following any model would be proud of.
The teen has amassed an astonishing 593,000 followers since her first Instagram post last spring, featuring her with her stepdad of two years, Tokio Hotel musician Tom Kaulitz, 31.
Leni's birth father was businessman Flavio Briatore, but she was adopted by Heidi's husband, Seal, during the couple's seven-year marriage.
Upon her Vogue Germany debut last month, Heidi, 47, praised the oldest of her four children.
She wrote: "You have the talent to get the best out of everything.
"And I would say: none of it harmed you - on the contrary: you are a self-confident young woman who fights for her goals. And even more important: you are a really great person with your heart in the right place."
