A heavy police presence descended on Pollok last night as part of what police have confirmed as an 'ongoing investigation'.
Residents spotted several police officers at an address on Ladymuir Crescent in the south of Glasgow last night (Wednesday).
The police activity comes shortly after a man died due to an alleged stabbing nearby, on Boydstone Road close to Silverburn shopping centre.
Police enquiries into the 32-year-old's death are continuing.
It is not clear whether last night's police presence at Ladymuir Crescent is linked.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed to Glasgow Live: "Officers were in the area making enquiries regarding an ongoing investigation."
