Mrs Hinch almost exposed boobs live on This Morning as star talks pregnancy

Mrs Hinch caressed her blossoming baby bump on This Morning on Wednesday, as the pregnant Instagram sensation, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, discussed her pregnancy on the show.

Sophie was talking about the release of her new book, Hinch Yourself Happy, following the success of her amazing cleaning hacks on social media.

But the fan favourite was forced to relive her horror during an appearance on the show last year, when she ran off set at the end of a live cleaning product segment.

Her bra had become weighed down by her microphone, almost exposing her boobs to the nation, with Sophie opening up on the moment on Wednesday.

She was unaware that she was still live when she raced off set while grabbing her chest, and told Phillip and Holly she “still couldn’t believe” it happened.

Phillip said: “You’re one of the family now, so we can bring this up. This was the bra issue,” before airing the clip.

He then added: “If you watch that through you can see that you were holding your top, and that was because the microphone was pulling your bra down.”

Sophie responded: “They weigh a ton! These mics, I don’t know how you do it. I'm thinking to myself I'm live, don't panic, am I gonna fall out on my cooker?

"Then the worst thing is we hadn’t even stopped filming and I’m running off!"

She went on to explain the incident, saying she "nearly lost her bra live on TV" during the segment as it continued to pull.

Meanwhile, with over 2 million Instagram followers, the presenters quizzed whether she would be happy to put the cleaning and the videos on hold when the baby arrives.

She confessed she actually wasn’t as obsessed with cleaning as some fans may think, sharing her excitement to become a mother for the first time.

Sophie said: “I don’t even clean every day. I think people think I’m at home constantly cleaning, I don’t.

“I like to do my Hinch half hours and my little freshen up Fridays, and there might be some days where I go ‘I’m not even gonna touch a cloth today’. I’m so laid back about it, my bed’s not laid this morning and I’m not worried about it.”

She continued: “For me it’s a case of just going with the flow, and I’m a first time mum so it’s all new.

“I know my Hinchers will help me because they’ve said, ‘Don’t worry, I still have time to clean and I’ve got three, four kids’.

“So I’m like well, I can do this, I can maybe whack the broom out while baby’s asleep and we’ll see how we go.”

She continued: “I’m just gonna have fun with it and just give them my everything I can.”

This Morning airs weekdays and Sundays at 10:30am on ITV.
