Heat's Goran Dragic remains sidelined by strained left calf

Goran Dragic was ruled out Monday for the Miami Heat's game against the Atlanta Hawks, held out for a second consecutive game due to what the team is listing as a strained left calf.

The Heat, however, did get center Hassan Whiteside back after he had missed the previous three games with a strained left calf, sustained in last Monday's loss to the visiting Phoenix Suns.

Dragic had been back four games after returning from December surgery on his right knee.

"Some of that is to be expected," coach Erik Spoelstra said, "and we're being probably, as we should be, very cautious with it. It's muscle, calf tightness and we just want to make sure that that's taken care of."

Forward James Johnson who had had missed four games with a shoulder injury, a slight sprain of his left AC joint, before being available Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets, no longer is on the Heat injury report.
