A brilliant video has emerged showing gardai help three women to freedom after they accidentally got locked into a graveyard in north Dublin.
Gardai from Howth rushed to the scene equipped with a stepladder after the three women got locked in to St Mary's Cemetery on Friday night.
After realising that the gate was locked the women called for help and were helped to freedom by obliging officers.
The brilliant footage was taken by Jill Redmond who was enjoying a meal nearby as the rescue unfolded.
Speaking to Dublin Live, Jill said: "I was filming from a lovely restaurant called 30 Church Street.
"It was hilarious, all the people passing by and outside in the beer garden gave them big cheers when they escaped. It was such an Irish thing to witness."
The women can be seen climbing the ladder one-by-one before sitting on top of the wall and passing it over to the other side.
A garda then takes it back and sets it up for them to climb back down.
