Hearts v Partick Thistle: Log in instructions for season ticket holders to watch Tynecastle clash for free

Hearts have issued instructions to season ticket holders on how they can watch Saturday’s friendly against Partick Thistle.

Robbie Neilson’s men return to Tynecastle to take on the Jags in their latest pre-season friendly, with the game free for season ticket holders to stream.

They should visit https://www.heartsfcpass.com/, which has been set up solely for the streaming of games, and should be used for all streamed matches going forward.

To access the log-in screen, click on the main image and then enter your username.

The format of your user name is first name-second name-customer reference number. E.g.: john-smith-1234.

If you have a double-barreled name, ie John Jim Smith, then your user name will be john-jim-smith-12345.

If your details only have an initial instead of a full first name, ie J Smith, then your username will be j-smith-12345.

Finally, some season ticket holders have a dash and an extra number in their customer ref number, ie 12345-1, in this case your username will be john-smith-12345-1.

The password is your customer reference number.

The site is now live and season ticket holders are encouraged to log in and take part in the test event between now and kick-off on Saturday.

Hearts TV International subscribers should log in and use their details as normal at https://heartstv.heartsfc.co.uk/
