Hearts’ Championship fixture against Alloa Athletic has been rescheduled for next month.
Robbie Neilson ’s team were due to face the Wasps at Tynecastle this Saturday in an early season second tier clash.
But that’s had to take a back seat due to the small matter of their Scottish Cup semi-final against Hibs at Hampden.
The Jambos take on their bitter rivals in the 5.30pm kick-off for a place in the final against either Aberdeen or Celtic on 20 December.
That meant an alternative date had to be found for the originally scheduled league fixture, and has been confirmed for Tuesday 24 November in Gorgie, with a 7.00pm kick-off.
Hearts have won both of their Championship games so far this season, thrashing Dundee 6-2 on the opening night before following that up with a 1-0 win over Arbroath.
Peter Grant’s side have lost their first two games, losing 1-0 at Greenock Morton before going down 4-1 at home to Dunfermline at the weekend.
