Hearts will reportedly hold talks over whether to lift the Championship trophy.
The club have faced calls from a considerable number of supporters to leave the title on the stand and instead head straight up the tunnel.
Anger at the Scottish football authorities among the Tynecastle faithful remains intense after the club were condemned to relegation in a row that ended up in Edinburgh's Court of Session.
A fan-led online campaign has called for players to accept their medals but snub the trophy at their final home league fixture against Inverness on Saturday, having already been confirmed as champions.
The club will discuss the prospect ahead of the weekend clash.
But Hearts boss Robbie Neilson revealed the issue will not be considered before Tuesday night's visit to Greenock Morton has been dealt with.
He said: “It's not something we've discussed at all. We're really trying to focus the players on making sure we win at Cappielow.
“Already people are talking about what we're going to do next year, in this game or that game or with the squad.
“We're at Hearts, we lost two games on the bounce and there was a lot of negativity.
We've got three games to go and first and foremost Tuesday night is one we have to go and win to set us up for the game on Saturday.
"I haven't discussed it with the players and they haven't discussed it amongst themselves.”
