Robbie Neilson confirmed that Craig Gordon, Stephen Kingsley and Josh Ginnelly would be back in the squad and all three start against the Binos.
Gordon could secure a tenth consecutive competitive clean sheet if he keeps the hosts out, while the Premiership side can secure qualification from the group with all three points at Forthbank.
That would allow Neilson to perhaps rest one or two against Inverness CT at Tynecastle this Sunday in preparation for the league opener against Celtic a week on Saturday.
Armand Gnanduillet is fit again but has to settle for a place amongst the substitutes alongside Aaron McEneff and youngster Finlay Pollock, who has impressed over the course of pre-season.
