Hearts team v Dundee revealed as Robbie Neilson makes two changes and opts for more firepower

The Hearts team to face Dundee this afternoon has been confirmed.

Robbie Neilson has made two changes to the side that drew 1-1 at Inverness last Friday evening - their third successive Championship draw.

Armand Ganduillet comes in for the injured Steven Naismith, who's failed to recover from a calf problem picked up last week.

The toher change sees wide man Gervane Kastaneer drop to the bench and Andy Irving make his return to the starting lineup. Irving will partner Andy Halliday in the middle of the park, which could see Aaron McEneff played towards the right in midfield with Gary Mackay-Steven on the left.

Jamie Walsker again has to settle for a spot on the bench and the defence is unchanged in front of Craig Gordon.

The Tynecastle side can move 15 points clear at the top of the table with a win over the Dark Blues after last night's scheduled Fife derby between Dunfermline and Raith Rovers was postponed due to a Covid outbreak in the Pars squad.

Hearts: Gordon, Smith, Halkett, Popescu, Kingsley, Halliday, Irving, McEneff, Mackay-Steven, Boyce, Gnaduillet.

Subs: Stewart, White, Haring, Berra, Walker, Kastaneer, Henderson.
