It’s back to Championship action for Hearts after the high of beating Hibs at Hampden when Inverness CT come to town.
John Robertson’s team have been to Tynecastle already this season in the Betfred Cup, losing 1-0 to a second half Jamie Walker penalty.
Robbie Neilson will be looking for his side to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season and won’t want any sort of semi-final hangover.
Given a number of his players played 120 minutes last weekend, we should expect at least one or two changes from the team that reached the Scottish Cup final.
Andy Halliday eventually had to come off during extra-time after cramping up then taking a head knock, so he could make way for Andy Irving, who himself is still coming back from a slight thigh issue.
Elliott Frear sat out the win over Hibs with a hamstring issue, while Josh Ginnelly didn’t make it after injuring his thigh away to Arbroath.
Of the two, Frear probably has the best chance, with both to be assessed and if Ginnelly still isn’t right, he’ll be rested over the international break to ensure he’s ready for the trip to Dunfermline on 20 November.
Walker, who was the match winner the last time these sides met, was also forced off at Hampden which could provide an opportunity for Steven Naismith’s first competitive start of the season.
Peter Haring is also yet to start, but could find himself in the starting XI after he and Naismith’s big impact off the bench against the Hibees.
Up front, expect the in-form Craig Wighton and Liam Boyce to continue in attack having netted seven goals between them already.
