Hearts team to face Alloa predicted as winger is ruled out but wholesale changes unlikely for Championship clash

It's all about how Hearts respond to their first defeat of the season against Alloa.

The part-timers head to Tynecastle sitting bottom of the league with just one point and face a side that will be determined to bounce back after losing to Dunfermline.

A win would take Robbie Neilson's team up to second in the Championship table and just a point behind the leaders before we take a break from league action.

It's the Betfred Cup this weekend and just for a bit of variety, Hearts head to Alloa.

If Neilson is going to change things more significantly, it's likely to be then, although one or two new faces may be in from the start on Tuesday.

Andy Irving came on and helped the visitors halve the deficit at East End Park so is in with the shout.

Elliott Frear's place must be in doubt after he was hooked having made little impact wide on the left, so expect Jordan Roberts to take his place.

Jamie Walker could also make the starting XI with a few more days training under his belt.

Josh Ginnelly won't be back however after he was pulled out of training last week with Neilson admitting Saturday was the earliest he'll be involved again following a thigh injury.
