Craig Gordon's move to Hearts appears to have moved a step closer after the keeper confirmed his departure from Celtic.
The 37-year-old joined Celtic in 2014, going on to make 242 appearances for the club.
Gordon is widely tipped to reunite with former Tynecastle team-mate Robbie Neilson, and told BBC Sportsound on Saturday that "Hearts are definitely a club I've been speaking to".
In a post on Instagram, Gordon said: "Six League Titles. Five League Cups. Three Scottish Cups.
"The last six years have been the most successful period of my professional career, and I would like to thank everyone who has played their part in making this possible.
"At 37, and with a few years in me yet, I just want to play the game I love, and have played for 20+ professional seasons. Football can make for difficult decisions, but I’m looking forward to the next chapter and challenge.
Gordon told Sportsound: "There's been a bit of interest, especially from [clubs in] Scotland, so I'm very thankful. I'm very happy with how things have gone in the past few days."
