Championship leaders Hearts have been dumped out of the Scottish Cup by brilliant Brora Rangers.
The Highland League outfit - who hadn't played for 10 weeks - triumphed 2-1 over Robbie Neilson 's desperate Jambos to earn a meeting with Stranraer in the third round.
Goals from Jordan MacRae and Martin McLean either side of Christophe Berra 's equaliser secured a historic result for Steven MacKay's heroes.
Brora only returned to training two weeks ago after a surge in the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in football below the Championship being suspended in January.
They were among a select few Highland League sides granted special dispensation to return to play given their involvement in the SFA's flagship tournament.
And, incredibly, they ensured they weren't just returning to make up the numbers with a quite astonishing victory over the beaten 2019/20 finalists.
It took just 11 minutes for MacRae to put them in front, the hosts breaking down the Dudgeon Park left before he rattled into the top corner.
Hearts huffed and puffed in search of an equaliser but it took until nearly 70 minutes for Neilson's side to level.
Jamie Walker headed a corner back into the box for Berra to volley home at the back post.
A Jambos winner felt inevitable amid expectation Brora would run out of steam.
But the Highlanders ripped up the script with 16 minutes to play, McLean rising to head in from a corner.
An unbearable quarter of an hour followed but when it ended Brora had secured one of the biggest shocks in Scottish Cup history.
