Hearts set to take on East Fife in Tynecastle friendly match – this is when things will get underway

Hearts will welcome East Fife to Tynecastle for a closed-doors friendly match tonight.

The Jambos were given permission to host matches at their home ground earlier this week, having previously been restricted to bounce games away from home or at their training base.

Darren Young's Fifers will be the visitors this evening, with the match getting underway at 7.30pm.

For Hearts, new signing Mihai Popescu won't be involved as he has to spend two weeks in quarantine after arriving from Romania on Thursday.

However for Elliott Frear, Jordan Roberts and Josh Ginnelly it could be their first chance to play a proper friendly match at Tynecastle.

That match won't be available to stream, however next weekend's friendly at home against Partick Thistle will be shown for free.

Hearts this week set out their match streaming and pay per view plan.
