Goalkeeper Joel Pereira majorly struggled for Hearts during the ill-fated campaign last term.
The 24-year-old joined Hearts on loan in August 2019, and went on to make a total of 25 appearances for the Tynecastle club as they were demoted during the curtailed campaign.
Craig Levein kept him in the side for most of the campaign, before Daniel Stendel drafted Zdenek Zlamal backing into the starting line-up.
With the campaign cut short, he returned to parent club Manchester United before being shipped out on a temporary deal to Huddersfield.
However, the problems on the park haven't stopped Pereira collecting an eye-watering salary while on the Old Trafford pay roll.
The Mirror report that the shot-stopper is currently collecting £20,000 a week ahead of becoming a free agent at the end of the season.
Huddersfield are paying a percentage of Pereira’s salary after signing the former Portugal Under-21 star on loan.
He has made just two top-team appearances for United, and has turned out just once for Huddersfield this term.
