Braga, the Premiership Player of the Year, is reportedly wanted by Ipswich Town and Lyon, with Hearts valuing him at £8-10 million.
Vrancken said: "What I’ve heard is there is nothing on the table, nothing concrete yet.
"I have an open and honest communication and relationship with Claudio about those things.
"So, no, at the moment, no. Not at all."
