Hearts and Alloa beef gets X-rated as grudge match goal brings 'there's yer f******' medicine' roar

One of the strangest beefs in Scottish football has been the growing animosity between Hearts and Alloa.

Ever since the Jambos were relegated to the Championship the two clubs have been trading barbs in public and on social media and it was always sure to be a fiery occasion when they met on Saturday.

A 3-1 win saw Robbie Neilson 's side extend their lead at the top of the table to 10 points but they had a nervy finish after Alloa hit a late goal.

Despite Lucas Williamson having been sent off after picking up a second yellow card in the 84th minute, Kevin Cawley headed home three minutes later to set up a grandstand finish.

Hearts sealed the points with a stoppage time goal from Josh Ginnelly and the animosity between the clubs was clear in the celebrations.

In a video posted to social media a Jambos employee could clearly be heard shouting "there's yer f****** medicine".

It's not clear who delivered the foul-mouthed celebration but that hasn't stopped fans speculating on social media.

Potential suspects include Neilson himself or Tynecastle legend Gary Locke.
