A furious mum has shared footage showing a heartless lockdown thief swiping balloons from outside her home as the family slept.
The rainbow display had been set to be used for her daughter's second birthday celebrations, after her party had to be cancelled because of the lockdown.
The hooded crook waited for the cover of darkness before creeping on to a Birmingham street last night.
The man can be seen ripping out pins holding the string of colourful balloons to the fence - before bundling as many as possible in his arms and casually walking off.
It happened at around 11pm, Birmingham Live reports.

The girl's two sisters, aged six and 11, had decided to arrange the balloons into a rainbow on the fence outside their home - for local children to enjoy as they passed on their daily walk.
Their mum shared the shocking CCTV on Facebook.
She said: "We woke up in the morning and my one-year-old went straight over to the window.
"When I opened the blinds she was saying 'gone' I had a look and thought they may have blown down.

"When I went outside to see, even the plastic strap they had been attached to had gone and all the drawing pins lying all over the floor.
"That's when I looked at the CCTV because it was obvious they had been ripped out.
"My daughter will be two next Sunday and we had brought lots of balloons for her birthday party, but because of the current circumstances we have had to cancel her party.

"So my other daughters, Summer and Holly, asked if we could use them to decorate the fence to cheer up passing children, so they tried to create a rainbow of balloons.
"We have a few balloons left so the girls want to do it again and just hope nobody takes them this time. It's only balloons but children love them."
