Heartbroken Orlando Bloom suffers sleepless nights over missing poodle dog Mighty

Recent times have left him “broken wide open”, feeling like he’s living through a “waking nightmare”.

But it’s not that deadly global virus keeping Orlando Bloom awake throughout the night.

The 43-year-old Lord of the Rings star has been desperately searching for his pet poodle Mighty since he went missing last week.

And he has even offered a reward of £4000 to anyone with any information of Might’s whereabouts, to no avail.

“I don’t recall a time in my life where I’ve been so broken wide open,” admits a “heartbroken” Orlando.

“The rawness I have felt over these past few days and sleepless nights at the idea of my little man being lost and scared, with me unable to do anything to protect him, is a waking nightmare. ⁣

“I feel powerless... maybe like so many others who are losing loved ones or unable to see our loved ones because of the times.⁣”

Orlando has one nine-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr, as well as expecting a daughter with his fiancee, singer Katy Perry.

But the actor claimed his relationship with Mighty is immeasurable, as he asked for prayers for his “little, strong and Mighty boy” to come home.

“The bond between Mighty and I shows devotion in ways I have not truly understood until now,” says the actor.

“I am a devoted father and partner, still, there is a reason why they call them ‘man’s best friend’.

“I miss him.”

Meanwhile, Katy, who has been helping Orlando’s search, says the couple’s daughter, due this summer, is likely to have her parents’ lively genes.

“The DNA between the both of us is very high energy,” says Katy.

“We’ll be surprised if she is a lazy one.”
