Answers as to why a couple were tragically found dead in a St Helens house are expected next month.
Shirley Jones, 55, and her on-off boyfriend Colin Jackson were discovered inside the Mersey Street terraced home in the Parr area of the town in April.
The mum was on the floor in a bedroom, while Mr Jackson was found on the sofa in the living room by a neighbour who had gone to deliver them a roast dinner on Easter Monday.

Today, Ms Jones' family said they were still waiting for the results of tests which should determine how they both died.
Police added that toxicology and forensic examinations were ongoing and findings from those are set to be confirmed in August to establish causes of death.
The mum-of-three was looking forward to becoming a great-gran for the first time, her family previously said, and was found with Mr Jackson after they failed to answer repeated phone calls over the Easter weekend.

Ms Jones family described her as an animal lover, who liked music, who had lived on Mersey Street, in different houses, for many years.
Daughter, Lisa-Jane said: "Mum was about to become a great grandparent in August, and she had seven grandchildren.
"It's really awful what's happened, 55 is no age."
Police have said the incident is not suspicious.
Post mortem examinations have been carried out but the results are being withheld pending the results of further tests.

In a statement in April, Merseyside Police said: "We can confirm that emergency services were in St Helens following the unexplained deaths of two people found yesterday, Monday 5 April.
"At around 5.50pm, police and ambulance were called to a home on Mersey Street to a call reporting that a man and woman in their 50s had been found inside, following concerns for their safety.
"They were sadly confirmed deceased a short time later and next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by officers.
"Both deaths are being treated as unexplained as enquiries continue at the location."
